Spring 2025

Refund Policy for Spring Semester, 2025

The refund schedules below list the possible student refunds. Depending on your course load and the date you drop a course, you may or may not be entitled to a refund.

Undergraduate students do not receive any refunds of tuition and fees as a result of application of the Course Withdrawal policy.

Graduate students do not receive any refunds of tuition and fees for courses withdrawn (WG) based on policy memorandum 238.

If you have financial aid, please contact your financial aid counselor before resigning, withdrawing or reducing your course load.

All refunds will be calculated from the official date of resignation, which may not necessarily be the last day of class attendance. However, no refund will be granted for a resignation which occurred in a previous fiscal year.

University policy requires all refunds be sent by electronic funds transfer (Direct Deposit) into an account designated by the student. Failure to enroll in direct deposit will result in refund delays.
